Comprehensive Benefit Package

The following benefits are available to full time employees:

Group Health/Vision

Two PPO plan options are available through Mountain State Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Prescription drug coverage is included.

Dental Insurance

Coverage is offered through United Concordia.

Life Insurance

Ogden pays for $5,000 of basic life insurance if enrolled in Group Health.  Additional supplemental life insurance is available at a low rate to the employee.  Life insurance for spouse and child(ren) may also be purchased.

Long Term Disability

Plan replaces 50% monthly income up to a maximum of $10,000, per month.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Up to $100,000 may be purchased at low monthly rates.


Vacation is accrued in the first calendar year to be taken in the second calendar year of employment.  Thereafter, two weeks of vacation per calendar year is available through calendar year seven.  Beginning with calendar year eight employees are eligible for three weeks paid vacation.

Sick Leave

Five sick days are earned on the first year anniversary and then each calendar year thereafter.  Up to thirty days may be accumulated.


Six paid holidays per year.

401(k) Plan

All employees, who have attained the age of 21 are eligible in January or July following one year of service with 1,000 hours worked.
