Email Lead Generation & Database Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and test innovative online email lead generation programs from concept to back end analysis.
- Analyze test results from each lead generation effort to determine which efforts produce the best return on investment.
- Maintain relationship with the email service provider and monitor monthly costs associated with email campaigns and email lead generate efforts.
- Manage current email databases and future email databases that are created as new email leads are added.
- Track the results from each email list and the revenue generated from each list to determine a cost/lead on each list.
- Develop relationships with outside email lead generation vendors to implement an outbound contact strategy.
- Evaluate monthly website performance reports to identify areas for lead generation growth.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Editorial, Ad Sales, and IT departments to ensure leads are being converted efficiently and marketed to in a timely manner.
- Oversee creative and IT processes involved with launching new email lead generation programs.
- Work with Creative Services to implement programs requiring banners, buttons, or any electronic art.
- Stay abreast of the best email lead generation practices in the publishing industry.
- Identify and document findings regarding email lead generation best practices.
- Manage any related special projects assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer experience in audience development and online marketing
- Proficiency with online analytics tools
- Experience analyzing data to refine marketing initiatives

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and detail skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize dead lines
